This is the first blog devoted to our real estate project on the Riviera Maya, Mexico, just on the first line of the beach in the center of the heavenly Playa del Carmen: The Fives Resort & Private Residences.
This project began in 2006 and the truth is that it is doing quite very well with more than 65 villes and condos sold.
I am in charge of the Online area of the project which includes Marketing, Communication, Advertising, SEO and SEM just to give an example of some of the areas in which I am going to invest my energy in the coming months.
In two days I will be travelling to Playa del Carmen to meet the team that is doing a great job on site; 65 happy owners (and the number is increasing), who come from all over the world, can attend and participate in the inauguration that will take place in August 2008, when we start the operation of this spectacular resort on the Riviera Maya. As a curiosity, I would like to say that several Canarians (those who were born on the Canary Islands, Spain), are already working in this place; and, that according to them, it traps and seduces you totally.
The project will soon have a really thorough media and multimedia coverage since one of the goals is to use and take advantage of the huge possibilities that the new and innovative information technologies and especially Internet offer at this moment: Online videos, YouTube, RSS, Blogs, Web 2.0, Social Networks, SEO, SEM, the participation and the collaboration of the internauts, etc.

Here in the Republic of Ireland we are having to sue Grupo TM of Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain for not paying us the commission owed to us for marketing and selling their properties on Spain’s Costa Blanca. It is now overdue some 4 years and we await the legal case hearing before a court in Spain. Realtors beware, you may never get paid!!
