Here in the Republic of Ireland we are having to sue Grupo TM of Torrevieja, Alicante, Spain for not paying us the commission owed to us for marketing and selling their properties on Spain's Costa Blanca. It is now overdue some 4 years and we await the legal case hearing before a court in Spain. Realtors beware, you may never get paid!!
